Reporting Abuse:

If you discover any illegal content on podcasts hosted by us, please use our contact form. We support German and English.

Our Procedure for Abuse Reports:

We treat every report seriously and, in accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), strive for the swift removal of illegal content.

  • Notification of the Customer: As soon as we receive a report, we inform the responsible customer and request that they remove the reported content immediately.

  • Clear Deadline: The customer is given sufficient time to provide a statement or counter-statement.

  • Blocking in Case of Non-Compliance: If the customer remains inactive, we reserve the right to block the relevant content until the issue is resolved.

  • Termination in Case of Repeated Violations: In case of repeated violations, we reserve the right to take further measures, including termination of the contract.
